The Antidote to disconnection.
‘We can’t wait for others to change, we need to start with ourselves. With our own business, with the way we lead, in our daily lives and with the energy we show up with’
Reconnecting people to themselves and to each other.
Self-leadership for individuals.
Cultures of connection for organisations.

My Work
I've spent my career in two worlds most people keep separate.
One is business: economics at Bocconi and LSE, building a global learning academy at Novo Nordisk, running a company as CEO. Building my own companies.
The other is the inner work: the body, the heart, the soul.
What I've seen in both is the same thing. We've become brilliant at managing our bodies, our lives, our companies, and yet we are strangely disconnected from them. From ourselves, from each other, from what actually gives us energy. And when uncertainty hits, we reach for more control, which usually makes it worse.
My work is the other way: reconnection. To your body, mind, heart and soul, so you can lead yourself from the inside rather than from pressure. In 1:1 coaching, that's self-leadership. In organisations, it's building cultures where people perform because they feel safe, seen and belonging, because at the end it’s always the people that decide about the success of a company. And with KULA, I am building a community of people choosing to live in connection, with themselves, with others and with something greater than themselves.
The old way of Leading is collapsing, weighted down by hierarchy, ego and outdated rules .
KULA /ˈkuː.lə/ — pronounced "cooler"
A return. A community for those who know that living from the heart is the radical act this world is in dire need of.
The feminine
We are living in a time of profound rebalancing.
The feminine is not rising as an opposition, but as a missing intelligence returning — one rooted in intuition, relational depth, emotional truth, and embodied wisdom.
For too long, qualities such as sensitivity, receptivity, and inner knowing were dismissed as secondary or weak. Yet it is precisely these capacities that create sustainable leadership, meaningful connection, and a world that can hold both strength and care.
The feminine perspective invites a different way of being and leading: one that honors the body as a source of intelligence, emotions as guidance rather than obstacles, and presence as power. It calls women to trust themselves again—to lead from inner authority rather than external validation, from truth rather than performance.
This is not about rejecting structure or ambition, but about infusing them with humanity, consciousness, and depth. When the feminine is lived and embodied, it becomes a force for individual and collective transformation—quietly powerful, deeply stabilizing, and inherently creative.
This is the work of remembering who we are, and embodying our innate power. Not only for our own well-being, but for the greater good and collective rebalancing. The world needs the empowered feminine and the healthy masculine, now more than ever.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us.”
